Our Founder
Pamela Lim
Entrepreneur, corporate CEO. Started researching into education to cater to the different needs of her 5 children.
In 2015, after leaving her 12 years’ lecturing career at the Singapore Management University , Pamela created systematic programs for numeracy and literacy. With the formation of All Gifted High School, Pamela’s vision is to leverage technology and avail education to all including the disadvantaged.
What is AGS?

The All Gifted High School (AGS) is a digital high school that offers middle (grade 6-8) and high school (grade 9-12) courses for students. All Gifted High School graduates are conferred a US High School diploma and are eligible to apply to universities in the USA and around the world.

All Gifted High School is accredited by the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools (ACTS) and, by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools – Commissions on Elementary and Secondary Schools (MSA-CESS).
Our approach
We work with learners and parents to personalize each learner’s learning plan. Our guidance counsellor works with you, the learner, to schedule courses based on interests, level and previous course work.
Approach

Our courses are mentor-facilitated and delivered asynchronously.
Learners can therefore work on their courses any time during the day or evening. However, timely submission is expected in order to get appropriate feedback from mentors.
Learners complete daily assignments as well as end-of-module assignments that have to be submitted
Mentor engagement

All Gifted High School’s courses are intended for learners to have substantial interaction with mentors during the course duration.
Apart from the engagements around learning and daily assignments, All Gifted requires a weekly video meeting between the mentor and the learner. These one-one meetings are designed to build the learner’s ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate that he or she grasps the concepts in the course.
